Bank of Sweden (Riksbank) plans to start developing own digital currency grounded on blockchain. Deputy Manager of Riksbank Cecilia Skingsli said that, the Central Bank of Sweden was exploring profits of various technologies, including blockchain technology. Besides, the Swedish Central Bank plans - to equalize the digital currency with banknotes and coins.
